Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Because appointments are reserved specifically for each client, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule.

Our cancellation policy is:

• More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
• 12–24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service may be charged.
• Less than 12 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled service may be charged.
• No-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service may be charged.
• If Method Tans is able to fill your cancelled appointment with another client: No cancellation fee will be charged.

Notice must be provided through an approved Method Tans communication method. Simply failing to appear for an appointment does not constitute cancellation.

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Method Tans reserves the right, at its discretion, to waive or modify a cancellation or no-show fee.

Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in a requirement for a deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved
